Nightfood Introduced to Millions of Households in QVC® Placement

Sleep-friendly ice cream sold out of approx 9,600 pints in under 10 minutes

 Nighttime snack company, Nightfood Holdings, Inc., (OTCQB: NGTF), has made its first appearance on vCommerce leader, QVC.  Nightfood founder and CEO Sean Folkson joined veteran QVC host Jayne Brown to introduce Nightfood’s sleep-friendly ice cream to millions of households across the United States. The segment was an overwhelming success.

Nightfood has achieved a number of commercial and operational successes in recent months, including the strong consumer response to its QVC placement, and the brand’s recently completed retail pilot test in a major hotel chain.

Nightfood is taking aim at the $50 billion annual nighttime snack market with its sleep-friendly ice cream, which is formulated for snacking before bed and contains sleep-supporting ingredients including protein, prebiotic fiber, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin B6.

The Company expects its products to be launched nationally in hotels across the country in the coming weeks and believes the hotel launch will lead to revenue growth, consumer awareness, and the birth of a new category of sleep-friendly snacking, specific to the nighttime snack occasion.
